My experience here was incredibly good. The staff were overrun with people and still managed to maintain a professional and caring office. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and was more than satisfied with my care and results. Highly recommended!!

Overall it was a good visit. However, after the initial check in, I waited longer than I expected considering I was the first patient in the building.  I was told my X-ray results would take about an hour and I would be contacted. I never was contacted. I had to call for the results and waited for five hours to get medications. I was miserable and felt my illness didn’t matter.

This is the BEST urgent care I have ever been to from the second I walked in the door till I left. Caring staff and medical team.

Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. The office was extremely busy. The staff worked as quickly as they could with so many patients there that day. It would be helpful if your facility provided another PA or doctor so that one provider was not having to take care of so many patients. Overall, the staff did a good job for me.

I had been feeling sick for three days with symptoms getting worse, so I was happy to see that I could make an online reservation. However, upon arriving, I found 13 people ahead of me. All of the staff were wonderful, but I think the ONLINE reservation system needs to be more accurate. It was 2 1/2 hours before I got done with my appointment.

PA Sarah and the staff were great. The wait time was unbearable but not their fault. Management should have had more than one practitioner scheduled.

Quick check-in and didn’t have to wait long (though I arrived right as they opened). All staff and providers were kind and attentive.

Everything was done very professionally and in good time

I was taken immediately! Met with triage staff, vitals, x-rays to hand, met with PA,  examined and diagnosed, broken bone secured in a splint, Rx sent to pharmacy, sent home, extremely pleased with the care! Will highly recommend to others! Just awesome!

Came down with a bad cough and bodyaches was able to schedule and register very easily was in and out within an hour. Great experience Dr Cobb is fantastic. Highly recommend this location
