Waited in the waiting room for a flu shot for over 20 min for them to say my insurance was not coming up as valid. I then went to ConvenientMD urgent care and was taken in right away with no issues about my insurance. Will just be going to ConvenientMD from now on.

Really bad blood draw by the MA. It took him 10 min to find the vein. And the longer this went on the more my anxiety increased. (I’m a very easy stick as I’m told by everyone who ever draws my blood). Bedside manner wasn’t there either. He was silent not reassuring so that did not help.

Terrible experience. Staff seemed to not know what they were doing. They need to be focused in performing their duties

Made an appointment for the same morning I was seen. Both of my ears were blocked and very bothersome. Was quickly taken after checking in and diagnosed with an ear infection in both ears. So glad I went. Exceptional care with super friendly service from everyone. Couldn’t ask for better. Thank you!

Staff was great everyone was professional and courteous organized and easy check in did not have an appointment I was a walk in and the turn around time was quick

Scheduling is super easy, same with the check in. The staff is SO kind and thorough and genuinely care about your health. I love this place I’ve been using them since Covid because my PCP is always booked up. They’re incredible. Facility is also super clean and they have great parking. I recommend them to everyone.

Front desk is nice, but The person who check my blood pressure looks rude and I feel uncomfortable to communicate with.

Staffs were not friendly. We got some rough behaviour. Check in was okay. Care was below okay. Wait time was high, I feel like unnecessarily high, even though center was not crowded. Save it as your last option.

Came in with specific request but end up with a completely waste of time. I got mastitis and wanted to get antibiotics and get abscess treated if there is one. They let me wait for 1 hour and told me there might be abscess but they don’t feel comfortable prescribe antibiotics and is not able to do any treatment for abscess. They suggested me to go to ER instead. My problem here is if you are not able to do anything for mastitis why let me wait for 1 hour???

Doctor who saw me during my visit was dismissive, didn’t get my test results until I called the practice 2 or 3 times.
