Please stay away from the Trussville location. Valuable time wasted in when X-ray images were lost. You have been warned. Research other urgent cares and choose accordingly. Just not American Family care. I'm tired of excuses. Place is going downhill. Last visit.

Front desk staff were very unprofessional and were whispering about the patients as if they couldn’t hear them. They are the first impression of the Clinic and it was not a good one.

Front office staff was loud and rude. I work in the medical field so understand the frustration but you to be kind. Also, The doctor comes in the room does not introduce himself just says so what are you here for today. I’ll give him my symptoms, the first thing out of his mouth was what you need to take a Covid test. I explain to him that I had the vaccination he said that didn’t mean anything to him. I understand the Covid situation but not everything is about Covid. I just needed something for my nausea. He made me feel uncomfortable and he was very rude. Learn to care for your patience and not worry so much about whether they should take a Covid test or not. That should be up to the patient and not the doctor

The problem was not the staff. I went Iand came in from out of town with a $45 urgent care co-pay and a month later received a bill for $136. They said there was no problem with that. My insurance company said that they coded it wrong and that I should’ve only had to pay a co-pay instead now I owe $91. That would’ve been nice to know upfront. Not the way to run a business.
