The staff was indifferent and not-friendly. While I was waiting I heard talking about patients. There was dirt on the lobby floor. The nurse who took my vitals seemed impatient and rude. The NP took care of me but she didn’t seem all that knowledgeable and personal. Trying to explain anything was talking to people who were dense. The lady who took my vitals was curt and terse. I don’t ever plan to go back there again. They were all impatient behind the door while I was in the room. Laughing and cutting up. In a rush to get done and get home and laughing and it took me 1.5 hours in there. Would not recommend this place. The lobby was empty when I went in for my online booked appointment. Real MD’s are never seen at urgent cares anymore.

Stop by after work as a walk in. A few minute wait after paperwork was completed I was seen in and out quickly.

The wait time to be seen by the practitioner was unacceptable, waited for 90 minutes was there a total of 2 hours and then felled rushed out the door.   I will not return

The wait time was a lot shorter than I had thought it would be. Everyone receptionist, nurses, everybody. They were caring. They told me what was wrong, prescribed meds, and told me what I needed to do. I am so glad that I came here.

All of the staff were helpful and professional as well as caring and understanding. Took the time to make sure I was cared for properly and understood my diagnosis. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing care..

Received excellent care. Nice being able to get EKG and X-ray on site.

Easy scheduling, but they had no ability to test for flu or covid. Would have been nice to know that in advance. The PA was nice, but I won't be going back to this one.
