Easy to schedule online but when I arrived was told that was only "to reserve your place in line"!? Had to wait 35 minutes. Staff all friendly, only saw one NP and one xray tech/assistant while 2 ladies sat behind a desk. Was there 2.5 hours for a CXR. Maybe reevaluate patient/NP ratio?

I had to do a drug screening for my new employer. It was fast, professional, and the team was very polite. Very well done!

the nurse and X-ray technician were very friendly and efficient. Trina Henderson NP, is the best. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. A++++++ all the way. Give her a raise !

I am a practicing therapist. One of my personal goals for every therapy session is that my therapeutic teammate feels better at the end of the session than he did coming in to the session. This place met that standard. I felt better leaving the building than I did walking into the building. I cannot ask for anything more for a health care provider

Waited forever, i was the first person there at 8am and still was there for over 2 hours.

Scheduling an appointment was fine. However, why have an appointment time if you don’t get seen for two hours after appointment time? If they are busy, it could be more understandable. They were not.

Everyone was kind and friendly, but they had no flu test left and no radiologist available. The wait time was incredibly long over an hour.

Booked appt at 1 location, came early. Was advised X-ray not available at that location (would recommend knowing this before arriving). Was advised location 30 mins away had x-ray. Offered to be assessed at that location and x-ray at 2nd. That seemed a waste of first providers time. 2nd facility had 4 people waiting (1st had none). Overheard that next adjacent facility had no patients. Recommend better training and expectations of front office staff and ability to see relevant wait times at nearby locations. Provider was excellent and doing her best given a clear lack of support.

Hardest part was filling out questionnaire on my phone.  Staff as friendly, helpful, and professional.  Will continue to go here when I need urgent care.
