I was concerned because of the reviews but I had no issues . I feel like I was in and out within 30 mins and the NP explained everything to me , really good visit

Went for camp physical. Walked in, no appointment. Not a long wait after completing registration info. This is easier to do in the office than at home. Am unsure why everything has to be done with each visit when it is already in the system. Everyone was helpful.

I’m very happy with the services I received today. The ease of scheduling was quick , the office personnel were friendly , respectful and very helpful in explaining what tests were required and what they were for. I would like to thank all those involved for doing a great job and for being professional while also showing a little humor . The experience was mind altering for me a I am Not a fan of being the patient in any setting . Great job …. Thank you.

Woke up a few nights ago with congestion, fever, chills,sore throat,coughing, throwing up and it was very convenient to schedule the appointment online. Then I was there 15 mins early. There was only two people waiting in the waiting area. I didn’t get called back until 10 mins after my appointment. The nurse was really nice . The doctor practitioner with red hair was rude to me.

Staff was friendly and did not take long for the visit that I had wonderful people

Went to bed with bump on my next so next day I made appointment with Urgent Care for the following day& am extremely glad I did. No problem scheduling an appointment on line. Was seen quickly & given great care. Will definitely use them again if & when needed.

Inefficient check in process and staff not friendly. Did not greet patients on arrival. The only friendly team member was the X-ray tech. He was great! Wait time entirely too long. Did not even take a patient back until center was open for over 15 min. Prisma Health is much more efficient in seeing patients.

I’ve used them in the past. Great place to go for just about whatever you need. They have good music overhead or just watch tv and or get educated if you like while you wait.

Suspected a UTI and wanted to check it out. Great accessibility to scheduling same day, and really efficient, caring providers💕
