I was able to book an appointment online easily and be seen as soon as possible. The wait time was practically zero and everyone there was more than friendly and helpful and I got what I needed and more. The staff is the best in any urgent I been to in a long time. 💯 Would recommend to anyone and everyone

I came to this urgent care that was closer to my job. I always prepare myself for a wait I was in the back in a room in about an hour. The only complaint I have was the fact that the x ray person left at 5 and I needed and x-ray and that was the reason I went to the urgent care. I was asked to drive to another location to get the x-ray. I found that to be a major issue as I wasn’t feeling the greatest. I drove 15 mins to the other location and waited over 5 mins for someone to come to the desk. The staff were great. Not too thrilled with the front desk staff they can be more approachable and friendly at the first location. The second location once some came to the front desk was very nice. The x-ray tech was very nice and chatted with me.

I came for an employment pre screening drug test and the bathroom was filthy, urine all over the seat and the ground. There was still urine from the previous person in the toilet. The nurse assisting me did not wear gloves when handling the specimen cup. Questionable and concerning cleanliness.

Went in this afternoon.  Everyone very nice wait time was fair.   Manor good.  Very good. Yes this wasn’t my first time there.   Yes

Wait time for NP was longer than usual. But I do like coming here when I can’t get in with my doctor. I highly recommend this to my friends.

I had a serious laceration on my hand. Called and explained my situation; the scheduled me immediately and check-in was simple and straight-forward. The staff was very friendly and caring. I was VERY impressed with the care I received. I would recommend this provider to anyone seeking expert care.

Had to wait 90 minutes for nurse practitioner! Lady appeared rushed during the entire exam, inpatient in trying to fin my back pain spot. The offer to X-ray was not acceptable as I had another appointment beyond my scheduled time already. Very sad . May be 1 practitioner is not enough for this location if it is that busy all the time. Prisma is much better according to my experience. Had no choice as AFC is part of the workers comp recommend. Please improve!
