I was not do thrilled about the check in process. It's not user friendly and I can imagine what seniors or those that are not so tech savvy would do. When one is sick you need med attention right away but if the process is twice as painful it make life harder. The NP that saw me was professional, compassionate and attentive to my issue. Also took time to provide some education and suggestions about how to avoid any further Ginger infection.

Staff were great, wait time was great, the facility is close and easy to get to, everything was great. However, I paid for them to sit me down in a room & tell me I needed to go to an ER for my injury and I’m disappointed. There should be some kind of financial proration given for such a brief event.

I needed a work excuse and nobody reached out to me. Person at the front desk mentioned she would ask the doctor but never got a call. I forgot to ask the doctor when I seen her so I ask the front desk person on my way out.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the office was clean, and I felt cared for, and assured from the Care I received. I recommend this urgent care facility highly.

it has been almost 24 hours since i came into urgent care and i feel about twice as terrible as i did yesterday. the staff did not test me for flu or covid despite flu-like symptoms. the staff did not test me for mono or investigate a bacterial infection. it felt like the focus was on getting me in and out rather than finding out what was wrong with me. i was given no prescription and told instead to buy cough drops and tylenol

The care my daughter received for a bladder infection was fine the problem was I was asked if I had insurance for a lab for the bladder infection which I do but I just got the bill and my cost within Network insurance benefits is $347.40 I was not made aware of the high cost of the lab and I have never paid that much for a lab for a bladder infection in my whole life. There's no place to rate that but isn't there supposed to be a duty of disclosure for the extra costs? I reached out to the billing department who told me to contact John the facility manager who then just said it was Healthtrackrx lab cost which I knew that but why are they doing such expensive labs for a bladder infection. And actually their website says that they do the UTI Labs on site so why did mine get sent out to this other lab that charged me so much? I started using them because they advertised asa woman owned and run company. Today I noticed that was no longer on their website. Maybe that is the issue

I only waited around 15 minutes to get in to see the doctor. Most of that time, I filled out the paperwork. Once I got in to the exam room, an assistant took my vitals and asked follow up questions. After she left, I waited around ten minutes for the doctor. She asked more questions and did a brief examination before giving me her diagnosis. She followed that up with a prescription which I was able to fill when I checked out. Everything worked out well and the convenience was outstanding.

I appreciate the ease of obtaining an appointment and the flow of the components of the appointment. No time wasted. The weekend hours really help with my busy schedule.
