AFC Urgent Care, Baseline

I never leave negative reviews, but my experience at this clinic was so awful I felt it warranted. Beside manner & wait times at this clinic were awful. Staff was short-tempered, rude, and lacked empathy/compassion. I wouldn’t suggest going here for care unless it’s a genuine emergency.

The doctor took the time to listen carefully, ask questions, go over several options for my care, and come up with a plan that will work for me. I would certainly recommend this practice.

Took my son in for a strep test because he had white spots on his tonsils. If the clinic is willing to serve pediatric patients, then it should employ nurses who can take a proper swab. The nurse tried three times and I was still not convinced she got a proper swab. After waiting OVER AN HOUR in the room, the physician finally comes in with all the bedside manner of a soiled, wet paper towel. He spent 5 mins with us, acted like he was annoyed we were there, then left. What a horrible experience. I will never go back and will warn others to avoid.

Dr was friendly and knowledgeable but was unable to do assessments necessary to rule out the bad stuff. Referred to ER. I would recommend this provider to others.

I was seen within 2 minutes of entering the facility. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. Winston and Nicole were amazing tending to my care. After receiving treatment, I was out within 30 minutes. I would recommend this facility to others

Like trying a new restaurant, there are those times of one and done

I had a painful swollen toe Sunday night before Labor Day. Labor day I walked in. I had to complete some online stuff just to register. I waited a long time even after they took me in. Cyrus was very helpful with vitals and prep. The NP Kayla came later after taking care of the previous patient and listened to all my story. She then decided to take X-rays and found fracture. It took a very long time about 1.5 hours for the entire procedure but they did the right thing. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and responsible. I recommend them.

Went in super distressed with such a painful back spasm, check in was good, I was then directed to exam room 1 where I had vitals checked in a timely manner. I then waited approx 25 minutes for someone to come see me. When she finally came in I could see the countdown timer on her phone which was down to 1 min 26. She didn’t check any range of movement, asked very basic questions then just said I’ll send a prescription.  To have me standing waiting for that long when I was clearly distressed and in agony and then to have such a rushed appointment was not a good experience. I guess they have a 30 minute time limit because I was out in 29 minutes (25 maybe 26 minutes waiting) poor customer experience compared to another urgent care that I unfortunately had to visit with my daughter this weekend. I should add I was the only person in the waiting room when I was checked in . Will not recommend and won’t return
