I was seen within 2 minutes of entering the facility. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. Winston and Nicole were amazing tending to my care. After receiving treatment, I was out within 30 minutes. I would recommend this facility to others

I had a painful swollen toe Sunday night before Labor Day. Labor day I walked in. I had to complete some online stuff just to register. I waited a long time even after they took me in. Cyrus was very helpful with vitals and prep. The NP Kayla came later after taking care of the previous patient and listened to all my story. She then decided to take X-rays and found fracture. It took a very long time about 1.5 hours for the entire procedure but they did the right thing. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and responsible. I recommend them.

Went in super distressed with such a painful back spasm, check in was good, I was then directed to exam room 1 where I had vitals checked in a timely manner. I then waited approx 25 minutes for someone to come see me. When she finally came in I could see the countdown timer on her phone which was down to 1 min 26. She didn’t check any range of movement, asked very basic questions then just said I’ll send a prescription.  To have me standing waiting for that long when I was clearly distressed and in agony and then to have such a rushed appointment was not a good experience. I guess they have a 30 minute time limit because I was out in 29 minutes (25 maybe 26 minutes waiting) poor customer experience compared to another urgent care that I unfortunately had to visit with my daughter this weekend. I should add I was the only person in the waiting room when I was checked in . Will not recommend and won’t return

I have used AFC twice in the past year. Making an appointment with my physician through the hospital portal is time consuming, slow, and typically, appointments are not quickly available. AFC is close to my home and easy to walk in and resolve issues that do not require highly specialized testing or treatment. I can then easily file a claim with my insurance for compensation. So, it is easier, faster, less hassle with AFC. The people are great, the service and medical expertise is very good, and for most minor medical issues, a much better option. Given my experiences with AFC, I will happily continue to use them.

Took a fall on a sidewalk and scraped the top of my foot and knee. My foot was painful and swollen so went to urgent care because I thought it was infected They were going to close in about 25 minutes. They saw me right away, once I finished the check in process. They cleaned my wounds, rebandaged, wrote a prescription for antibiotics (they were aware of my penicillan allergy) and followed up the next morning. All in all a very smooth process

Great staff. Lovely people. I broke my finger and they helped me out in a timely manner. I got there at 11 and was there until 3, but it was a busy day, and I appreciated how kind the staff were.
