The staff and techs were great, but the provider Christina was pretty disengaged. She didn’t explain much or provided details, the visit felt super transactional. I ended up googling how to rehab my injury. Probably won’t be back at this location.

Everything was fine except that completing the online personal check in information was cumbersome and not very intuitive.

Everything was great from front desk to the nurse who took my vitals. Until I met the provider. Ughhh. He did not care about my knee pain, didn’t even take the time to look at the swelling. He was very condescending and sarcastic. I will never understand why people go into health care if they legitimately do not care. Sad. Unfortunately I will not be back.

Booked my appointment the day before arrived to a friendly receptionist with very little wait, maybe 3-4 minutes.  Everyone was respectful and nice and I was out fast. Very professional, great experience!

My initial appointment was fine, I received antibiotics following a injury. It was the follow up that was bad, I have never had a doctor give such terrible suggestions and be so dismissive. I sought out a second opinion at another practice with the injuries not healing as expected and received pretty much the opposite treatment plan and recommendations from what AFC gave me (I trust the second opinion because they are not telling me I need to push through significant pain or get in a swimming pool with not fully healed wounds!). I will absolutely never return here again for non-URGENT care needs or follow ups.

My biggest gripe was when the referred me to get my CT scan nobody told me that the hospital I was going to was not in network with my insurance and the only way I found out was because the hospital called me to let me know two hours before the scan. I ended up paying $300 out of pocket because everyplace that was in my network told me in would be a 3-5 day wait and since I dealing with a head injury I knew I shouldn’t wait and went even though they were out of my network.

PA was very knowledgeable of my issue and the boundaries for his care . He sent me to the ER. Turns out I was having cardiac issues

Online scheduling made it easy. The nurse covering the front desk was very nice and helpful and also all the nurses that helped me in the back.  Overall, it was the staff that made for a really good visit

Got an appointment on line and showed up early for the appointment. The computer was down but this did not stop the staff from helping me. In and out in 20 minutes was almost as impressive as the care I received. I have been to one of their other offices and would easily say this office was far superior in every way.
