The entire interaction took less than an hour. I got in, did the tests, got the results, then the prescriptions, and I was sent on my way. The friendliness was incredible, I never felt like i was inconvenient, I felt like I could ask questions, and I was informed about things I didnt even know about. 10/10 would recommend

I had a very positive experience here! The nurses and PA that saw me were kind and competent. I felt that they took their time, were happy to answer questions, ans gave me a range of options on how to address my condition.  Would certainly return and recommend to anyone.

I was not do thrilled about the check in process. It's not user friendly and I can imagine what seniors or those that are not so tech savvy would do. When one is sick you need med attention right away but if the process is twice as painful it make life harder. The NP that saw me was professional, compassionate and attentive to my issue. Also took time to provide some education and suggestions about how to avoid any further Ginger infection.

Staff were great, wait time was great, the facility is close and easy to get to, everything was great. However, I paid for them to sit me down in a room & tell me I needed to go to an ER for my injury and I’m disappointed. There should be some kind of financial proration given for such a brief event.

I needed a work excuse and nobody reached out to me. Person at the front desk mentioned she would ask the doctor but never got a call. I forgot to ask the doctor when I seen her so I ask the front desk person on my way out.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the office was clean, and I felt cared for, and assured from the Care I received. I recommend this urgent care facility highly.
