I needed help with my hand & I really appreciate the quality of care here. The staff is very friendly & helpful with getting the help I needed. Alexis & Emma the nurse were so kind & helpful! They took great care of me & I really appreciate it!!

Had to come in to get some last min test done, guy at front desk was very knowledgeable and welcoming , everything from the waiting area to patient area was clean. The process and wait time was smooth and quick. Every employee I came across was pleasant. Oh by the This was my first time going there, will definitely utilize their services again if needed.

The nurse practitioner who saw me barely asked any questions and was quick to misdiagnose me without even getting more than 2 sentences of information from me. She didn’t even bother to look in my ear (i came in due to a severe sore throat and severe ear pain!!!) until I asked her to when she was about to leave the room and be done with me. What a waste of $75. I used to recommend this urgent care to friends but I’ll never be back and will never recommend again.

Overall, everyone was kind and friendly. It seemed as if my wait time was a bit long. I waited approximately 20 to 25 mins before I was seen. I was the only one in the waiting room. I did not see patients leave during this time.

I scheduled this appointment online same day and came in and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. A technician took my vitals and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr Crowell came in shortly after and was so kind and informative. She prescribed what I needed and I was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend this office for minor but urgent concerns.

The place was clean and the staff was extremely nice.  I did wait over 30 minutes to be seen but the nurse practitioner apologized.  I am not sure I appreciate having to have a mandatory flu and COVID test when I hadn’t run a fever in 5 days and was there because sinuses were aching post illness

The medical assistant and the PA helped me so much. They made sure my medical issues were cared for. I would recommend this provider to everyone. Awesome staff

I had to call four times to get the results of a blood test. No one would call me back. Very frustrating. Terrible customer service.

Everyone is so nice from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Check in was easy and the wait time was less than 15 minutes. The doctor took the time to make sure I understood everything including recovery time and medication. I have a closer urgent care to my house but I will drive the extra miles to come to this one. Thank you.
