Pros: + pleasant receptionist + kind nurse Cons: - doctor didn't review symptoms with me, didn't examine anything, didn't help me make decisions regarding testing - results promised in a couple of days; tested on Wednesday the 8th, I called in Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday with no results. They said they'd be the ones to give me a call, but Wednesday and Thursday passed with no communication. - was in pain and scared, so ended up going to a doctor, getting tested, and getting results in 36 hours. - called Friday the 17th, asked for a refund because services were not rendered and I had to spend more money to go get the same test at a different place. 30 minute phone call and was put on hold 5 times with no help and no resolution. I've disputed the charge with my bank and I actively discourage people from visiting here. get more thoughtful care and actual help elsewhere.
