Making an appointment was so easy. Everyone was very kind.

The office was clean the staff was friendly and attentive. I was in and out in no time. Would definitely use them again.

The physician assistant did not listen and did not perform an adequate medical evaluation. Despite reporting clear distress, a progression of systemic gastrointestinal and urinary symptoms and a history of similar episodes, the assessment was superficial and dismissive. The PA failed to take appropriate steps to rule out infection, including, not sending out cultures despite symptoms (and my inquiry) that reasonably warranted further evaluation, the encounter focused on treating isolated symptoms rather than applying clinical judgment to the full presentation. I left without confidence that my condition was properly evaluated. This visit did not meet an acceptable standard of urgent care assessment.

AFC was clean and centrally located. Easy and fast online registration. all staff members where professional and friendly. Wait time minimal and overall was a easy and enjoyable urgent care visit, considering being under the weatherm Thanks to everyone at AFC Volvo, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I’m honestly very impressed with AFC urgent care.  My family has never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes in the waiting room, and the doctors that we have seen always have been so thorough. I also love that they can do basic blood panels in some of the clinics to avoid ER visits.  Great urgent care overall

The urgent  care is new to my area. I was going out on a limb, trying a clinic that was unfamiliar. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.

I was seen for cold symptoms and diarrhea. The staff was friendly . However, there wasn’t an chest ex ray machine in the facility and they ran out of Covid tests. Worse, when I went to pick up my prescription at Walgreens  pharmacy it was closed. They are closed every Sunday, delaying my treatment. I would suggest the staff be aware /Walgreens was closed on Sundays. So I have to wait till tomorrow to get the two prescription, very inconvenient and delaying me getting better
