The staff forgot about me. Left me in the exam room for over 30 minutes, waiting to hear test results on a throat swab. I only ever learned my results for strep were negative after opening the door and looking around for the nurse or doctor. They said they didn’t realize I was still in there, but they never came back to tell me my results or to communicate a diagnosis or recommend next steps for me. I left without an answer regarding my persistent sore throat symptoms and incredibly frustrated by the lack of a thorough attention and care.

I had a 12pm appointment but was not seen until ~12:20.  There was only one other patent.  Care was very good.  I did go to a hospital to see my specialist on Monday (after two days of the Urgent care visit) and they confirmed that the prescribed antibiotic was correct.
