Not happy with check in. WC case and this was where I was sent. They proceeded to make this impossible to check in. Wanted information they already had. Now they want an email approval every time. Not happy with them.

The 2 women that did the physical were very polite and the woman at the front desk was very kind and extremely polite.

Had a big bite was concerned it could be a tic. Dr Bob was very confident not a tic lime byte.

Had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care in Downingtown! I came in for poison ivy and was really impressed with the nurse practitioner. He took the time to thoroughly explain the cream he was prescribing me, what it would do, and how to use it. The whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and discharge was just as painless. No long waits, no confusion…just efficient, friendly service.

Dr. Schmidt is an outstanding professional with truly gifted hands. He knows exactly what he’s doing, and I trust him completely when it comes to cleaning my ears. I won’t let anyone else perform this procedure because his experience and expertise are unmatched. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and takes great care of his patients. After every visit, I can hear clearly again and feel so much better. If you know, you know,Dr. Schmidt is the one to see. I highly recommend him and would choose him 10,000 times over. I needed a Dot health inspection for my medical card. I was able to get in and with great care and ease.

I am very satisfied with the service at this clinic. I had to call several times to ask questions before my exams, and the staff was always incredibly patient and willing to help. Scheduling was simple and quick. On the day of the visit, everyone from the front desk to the medical team was wonderful. Truly great professionalism and care for the patient!

I was sick for days and woke up in the middle of the night still sick. I was able to make an appointment for the next day with ease. This location is close to work, so it’s convenient. The staff are always friendly and thorough with their evaluation. Receiving the checkin paper and discharge papers all electronically made this trip even more efficient.

I came to this urgent care seeking help for severe dental pain and left feeling completely dismissed. The doctor never properly came into the room to discuss my condition or treatment plan. Instead, he spoke to me from across the hallway, loudly enough that I felt uncomfortable discussing my medical concerns and questioned whether my privacy was being respected.I clearly stated that my pain level was a 10/10, yet I felt my concerns were brushed off. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy, but no one took the time to explain the medications, discuss next steps, or answer any questions. I was simply told I could leave.As a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant, I understand the importance of patient communication, professionalism, and confidentiality. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect and compassion, especially when they are in significant pain. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Had a sore throat due to nasal drip which produced a cough. The staff check me in quick, the wait was short. The doctor found the root of the problem. I’d highly recommend this urgent care to anyone!  My thanks goes out too the hard working staff!!
