Very long wait time (3.5 hours total on site just for a COVID test). Up front we requested rapid and PCR test. They said both could be done. It wasn't until after swabbing us for the rapid that they told us that it would be $150 per person for the 2nd test. This was very frustrating as the PCR is the test we really wanted to have and could not afford the $750 to test all 5 of us after they had already swabbed us for the rapid test. More transparency, willingness to address and fix mistakes would have been nice.
