The service I received was fast, efficient and effective. I got results of my fast tests. I just really disliked the check in app. I had to go through 12 pages of entering insurance information and other details that the person at the front desk can do much faster. My phone is old. Everything takes time. When you’re sick, you don’t want to go through a tedious process to submit insurance. I understand the reasoning if I were booking it ahead of time. But as a walk in, it should be the job of the person at the desk. Otherwise. What is their job?
