Everything went smoothly. Staff professional. Doctor was wonderful!

Check in was easy... did it meself. 2 patients in front of me. Wait was not too bad. Got called in and was given attitude as soon as I refused a covid, flu, and strep test, aka did not allow for an up sale. None of my sympyoms indicated any of the sicknesses. I lost my voiceand exoerienced the issue for 5+ days. PA was ready to send me home wiyhout treating me for anything. I was told treatment is recommended 10+ days after symptoms appear... why do we even see docotrs if that's the case. Was, finally, prescribe antibiotic and was told I was given it at my request, not because it was warranted. Sheesh. Also had to "request" a cough suppresant, otherwise it wouod not have been prescribed. I will not return. I went there to seek treatment, not to make friends. Not a good experience at all.

I love the office but the check In process is ridiculous. If you have gone there prior, the fact you have to fill out 10 pages of info each time you come is insane. I understand showing your license for proof of identity but uploading your insurance card and filling all the information is a bit much

I’ve been struggling with a sore throat for the past week. It was so easy to make/re schedule my appointment as needed and there were multiple appointment times. I waited about 10 minutes, if that, to be taken back. The nurse was really nice and the doctor was super nice as well. They tested me for strep/covid/flu. The doctor provided great treatment advice and sent in a script for nasal spray since all tests came back negative. Would definitely use this urgent care again. Whole experience took about 20 minutes.

Coughing up a lung and was seen immediately with great care and empathy from all concerned. BRAVO

The worst person experience they lie to you that the doctors that you need are not there to conform the correct diagnosis they take your co-pay they run your insurance and then they tell you afterwards and then make you come back and you still can’t have the test done horrendous
