Schedule an appointment and say i’m waiting room for 30mins. Then called back to room to sit there for about 40 mins. Nurse practitioner came in did a test, to then scare me with the maybe results. They could tell me what I had but that I needed to see an optometrist or go to the ER on 24 hrs….and that if I don’t then whatever I had could get worse and cause blindness

The staff and care were fantastic. The two gentlemen I saw were both understanding, patient, and approachable. Which says a lot because I practically had no voice so even the front desk had to be extra patient with me. Which everyone very much was. The wait time can be a little rough but for the circumstances, I believe it’s very understandable. Thank you!

The staff was so helpful! I had an insurance issue and they did everything they could to figure it out. Once the insurance was figured out I was seen quickly and was able to pick up my prescription within the next hour.

Got a UTI and came to get some antibiotics. Wait time was not as bad as a previous visit. I like seeing my place in line in the virtual queue, although it did mess up because I went from 8 to 4 to 9, to then being seen shortly after. Staff was friendly.
