I was nervous about urgent care. I am overjoyed at the experience. The professionalism of the staff was a breath of fresh air. Their ability to relieve my distress and address my problem was so comforting. Thanks you urgent care. You all were great.

Checking in and scheduling was very easy. The staff was amazing; but especially Eddie! He was super friendly and attentive! The quality of care was great.

Someone gave up their spot to let me in. Was not taking any more walk-ins. Other than that, the staff was good and everything got accomplished. It was about an hour or so wait.

I am very disappointed with the care I received at this urgent care. I came in for a severe cough that had already been ongoing for nearly two weeks, and on the day of my visit I had chills and a fever. I do not typically seek medical care unless it is truly necessary, so the fact that I came in should have signaled the severity of my symptoms. Despite clearly explaining that I had already tried multiple types of allergy medications and cough drops with no relief, I was prescribed more allergy medicine and cough drops, no actual treatment or medication for what was clearly a worsening condition. I was told to “come back in three days if I didn’t improve,” which was frustrating and concerning given that my symptoms had already been persistent for weeks. Rather than waiting, I sought care at a different urgent care, where I was properly evaluated and diagnosed with bronchitis. This confirmed what I felt was dismissed during my visit here. I left this facility feeling unheard and inadequately treated. Urgent care should provide timely and appropriate medical intervention, not delay care when symptoms have already persisted and worsened. I would strongly encourage providers here to listen more carefully to patients and take symptom duration and severity seriously.

Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the staff was fine, but they refused to sign a form that we needed for CNA school.   It was for a skin TB test, and although we only needed signatures and a stamp on the school’s form, they refused and said it was against policy.  And that was AFTER they did their test and charged us anyway.  In the scheduling of the appointment I said it was for a TB skin test for school.   They should have told us then.  Super disappointed and now we have to go somewhere else and pay again for another test . The nurse was kind and asked the dr if she could sign the form, and the Dr said no.   Apparently this happens often to students in other CNA programs and for state licensing.

Problem is no walk ins on Sunday no more only appointments at least at got in for bad eye vision on both eyes

I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and I did not wait long to be seen.

I didn’t have an appointment but only waited 40 minutes- the doctor was absolutely wonderful- she was kind and funny. Liked her alot

I cut my hand and they treated me so well. The care they displaced I highly Recommend this urgent care. I will Always go there when my doctor is not available.

Quality care when you can't immediately see your family doctor. Booked an appointment the night before and was seen right away. Good doctors and staff.
