Thought I might have chickenpox.  So I scheduled an appointment for 8:40am this morning. I sat in the waiting room for 30 min before being taken to the back where I sat for another 15-20 min. What’s the purpose of the appointment? And if I did have chickenpox, they shouldn’t have let me sit with everyone else in the waiting room.  Aside from that, everyone was great.

Dr. Braun was very helpful and attentive, she prescribed me an effective steroid ointment and also informed me of home remedies that I had not tried before for my rash. The front desk ladies and nurse were also friendly. I didn't have to wait long. The flexible scheduling times allow me to come after work and not have to request PTO or take my lunch hour for a doctor's appointment.

Wasn’t feeling well booked an appointment. Told to arrive at 10:35 am. Was there on time. Signed in both at the kiosk and by phone apt was for 10:50 am. At 11:20 am, had not been called back. Went to front desk, discovered my appointment had been cancelled. Employee said they had that issue with another patient as well. They couldn’t find my insurance information that was loaded into the system earlier that morning when appointment made. They asked for $75.00 as a copay, which I gave them Finally called back to room about 11:45am ,  Did BP and temperature, weighing , etc. As asked if I wanted a Covid test and a flu test. Since flu test isn’t valid past 72 hours and Covid past 5 days, and I had symptoms 10 days, I said no. I asked what the difference would be in the treatment would be whether they could confirm one or the other or not, but didn’t get a real answer. I waited in room until a Few minutes after 12, when I had to leave to catch a flight. When I told them I couldn’t wait any longer, they said the provider was heading to see me, but I could not stay. I will be looking for my copay refund. Basically waited an hour and a half for nothing. Not a pleasant experience.

Scheduling was easy check-in was easy. The entire staff was great and I felt care for 100% thank you

Came in for a third time. Due to a really bad burn. I saw nurse Carla and her team. They took good care of me and have me referred to a clinic that will hopefully be able to get me on the right Rueter recovery. Thank you guys!

Everyone was friendly. Dr. Braun was very thorough, helpful, and gave me some information on supplements that might help with leg cramps. Was very impressed with her.

I had been having issue for a few days related to an insect bite. Doctor was absolutely amazing, super friendly and very helpful and explained things very well. I highly continue to recommend this as the best medical care place I have ever been hands down. I recommend this place to anyone needed medical help.

Second visit a few days. Went in on a Saturday with a major burn on my chest and leg. Got worse so I came back in today and was treated. The doctor and staff were so very kind and understood. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this place.

Came in for my eye. My check in was so easy and my wait was very short! The staff and the doctor were amazing!

Woke up with sinus headache and feeling bad. Went in to get checked and it was a sinus infection.
