Not coming back. Didn’t think staff cared enough. Checked in at 10:18am, didn’t t get seen until after 1.5 hours later. Was not busy at all and I could clearly see other patients who checked in after me were leaving. Not sure exactly how they sequence who gets seen next but no one explained and I had to literally get out of the exam room to remind them I’m still waiting to be seen. Talk about Urgent Care, it was non-existent. No urgency, no care.
