I scheduled a same day appointment since I was sick with a sore throat and runny nose. The staff were friendly and checked me in quickly. The doctors who saw me were thorough in their questions and very caring. The doctors made me feel I was cared for and taken seriously. I appreciated the super quick wait time. I will definitely return for any urgent care needs.

I walked in without appointment and was seen with in minutes.  They are really great there.

I scheduled my first appointment online. After arriving, I only waited about 5-10 minutes before being taken to a treatment room. I found the staff members very friendly and efficient. All my questions and concern were addressed in a timely manner. I was surprised,  that a $40.00 co-pay was required. I would definitely recommend this provider. I will use them again when my primary doctor is not available.

The urgent care staff took good care of me. I am pleased with the services, They were respectful, friendly & quick with the process. This is the most cleanest, & friendliest one I’ve ever visited

Forget going to a regular doctor’s office. We received MUCH better, more comprehensive, compassionate and supportive care here by far than you will find at most NOVANT or Atriums where they have the 10 minute rules. Hands down- we will go here again unless we have to go to the ER.

I’m new to the area and have not yet connected with a PCP. I decided on an Urgent Care visit and chose AFC. The level of service I received was amazing! The front staff, nurse as well as the physician were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I am grateful for their service.
