Easy to access and set up. App as well   Staff was profesional office was clan and Well organized. The Care was great, thorough and explained clearly.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

The receptionist Marianna was rude and had an attitude for no reason. She ruined my first visit & I will not be coming back under any circumstances.

I will never waste my time there again and I’m contacting my insurance company to tell them not to pay the claim

I love that I can schedule appointment on line, so it makes the check in process easier. The Medical Assistant and Physician were very pleasant.

check in staff was extremely nice . They let me know my place in line and a rough estimate of when i’d be seen which was great. The NP Timur Ruzehaji who saw me was amazing he was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Super happy with my visit today.

I was in the waiting room for over an hour, even though I made an appointment; which was more time than I was with the doctor.

I scheduled an 815am appointment. I was taken in at 815. My vitals were taken within a minute. I then waited 45 minutes to be seen which the doctor came in for 5 seconds. When I came out of the room and asked if I would be seen soon, they stated there were other patients in front of me which was false I was the first patient in the building.

Wait time was great.  Bailey was so sweet, she took my vitals and swabbed for testing. Bailey is a fine example of who should be working in the field with sick people.  Dr. Was also very nice and informative, took time to listen.  Front desk staff were all very nice as well.

I needed help wasn't feeling well - feeling terrible , my home remedies were not enough . I look up a urgent care that opened every day, which was so convenient my primary was close. Place was Clean n warm staff Efficient Helpful . Dr assistant was mild manned social informative in preparation to meet the Dr. Dr then explained to me what was my problem n corrected me on healing process . Gave me a prescription which was ready by the time I got their to pick them up . I received what I wanted n needed n was pleased in the whole process. Feeling better day 2 . Thank You .
