Took over 2 hours to be taken back and tested for flu. I did schedule ahead online and while I understand that's not a technical appointment, the slot shouldn't be offered to make it seem like there is availability.  Tested positive for flu and the provider didn't even know if tamiflu was breastfeeding safe. This is the peak of sick season at a walk-in. How is that not something we are sure about?? She had to go out and look it up. Wild. Would 100% not recommend.  I did feel bad for staff to be so busy with a single provider. They were all very nice.

Had a UTI and was able to get quick instant relief. I had been to two other clinics that day that charged $200+ and said that the labs would bill me separately and couldn't even give me a price range or estimate. Saying "it could be $20 or it could be $200 they aren't sure". It was awful and I am so lucky the one employee recommended me to go here instead. Flat rate with no hidden fees. Thank you so much for helping me!! I was in so much pain and so uncomfortable and going crazy looking for a place to take me that wouldn't break the bank.
