Nurse and front desk staff were kind and personable. Practitioner was incredibly condescending and dismissive, and she then acted surprised when I picked up on it. I do appreciate that she, at least, tried to course correct when she caught my reaction, but it was difficult for it not to feel hollow. I just wanted to leave. I can understand if it’s a busy day and staff are burned out, but it was dead.

Did not provide solution other than what I can find on the internet, and now my eye is worse.  I travel every week, and I need antibiotics to heal my eye faster…..wildly disappointed given strong track record at this location.  Will now go to another urgent care location moving forward
