they told me i would be first to be seen because i came in while the provider was on lunch- yet i waited in a room for a whole hour. after 45 minutes i asked a nurse how much longer it would be and he curtly said “he’ll be right with you.” the PA himself was nice but i waited for a total of 2 hours to be seen for 5 minutes, i left feeling worse than before and ended up going to the ER.

The PA prescribed a medication that I said multiple times I was allergic to. When I called back the nurse told me I was wrong (I wasn’t) and gave me attitude when I told them I need a different prescription. Horrible customer service, specially from that nurse.

Bathroom smell in waiting area.  Hard to schedule check in on phone saw others have difficulty too.  Receptionist was very unfriendly.  Waited over two hours.  Too long.
