This was not a good experience. I came in seeking care because I was not feeling well, but the overall tone from staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them rather than being helped. The interactions felt dismissive and at times came across as if I was wasting their time or should not have come to urgent care with my symptoms. When someone is already dealing with health concerns, professionalism, respect, and clear communication matter. I understand healthcare settings are busy, but patients should not leave feeling judged or brushed off. I hope this feedback helps improve patient interaction and bedside manner going forward.

Scheduling was easy and was offered reserved times to lessen my wait. Check in was simple and was greeted so kindly. The staff were so pleasant from check-in to check out. I felt they cared and listened to my concerns. Thank you for putting me at ease. Highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

This is a streamline organization for patients who are desperate for medical treatment. I found the whole experience seamless and professional. Office staff were courteous and seemed to be genuinely interesting in meeting my needs. The 2 different NPs I saw were both great. Not rushed but got to the problem quickly and efficiently. Diagnosed. Treated. ✅

Had an appointment only for them to tell the doctor would be called into a last minute conference call and the wait would be 45 minutes. Left without services

I was seen right away and Staff was very professional and compassionate with my issue. My rx was filled by CVS less than 15 minutes after I left office. So I thank the staff for getting it out so quickly.
