My experience with AFC urgent care Memphis was positive from start to finish. Every staff person I encountered was professional and friendly. Check in was easy, wait time was minimal. I hurt my finger while making dinner the other night, and the staff were caring and thorough in their care. They explained what the best option for healing was, and made sure that I knew how to take care of my injury. I walked into the clinic, and the wait time was short. Even with an appointment, it took 2.5 hours. The check in process is dehumanizing. There’s a person but you’re not allowed to talk to them. Did you have to go online fight with the system? Do all of the paperwork yourself look at the tiny little numbers on your cards and hope you got it all right. Chicken process wants too much information and it does not make anything faster or easier for the patient. This is my second time going here and I will go back to the little clinic at Kroger.

I WAS A WALK IN BUT THE SIGNUP PROCESS WAS EASY. Sorry caps lock was on. But Check in was smooth, i was seen after about an hour even with multiple in the waiting room testing was simple and nurse and doctor were excellent.
