Booked my appointment with ease! I did the paperwork before arriving. However, the place was empty except for maybe 1 other patient and myself. I waited in the lobby for about 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Then I got taken in the back and waited in another room for 45 minutes or so unsure if I’d been completely forgotten about. I hate to complain but the employees seemed more interested in chatting and chilling rather than getting the job done.. the nurse practitioner on site was nice but heard her spending lots of time walking around the office talking on the phone out loud with a friend(?) rather than attending to me who was the only one left at the time. Just all seemingly took far far too long for just a couple people. I respectfully won’t be back but I hope for the sake of others who will need help that the work ethic in there gets corrected in the future.

The check-in staff was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the nurse and doctor were not friendly or helpful, which left me feeling very frustrated. They seemed like it was their first day on the job and had no idea how to do simple procedures. I ended up leaving and going to another doctor, where I immediately received the care and help I needed.

I walked in, they took me, it was a little wait time but not to long, the staff was very respectful, friendly, and professional. They took terrific care of me and my needs.
