I do not feel as though the nurse practitioner has the adequate training to be running this facility.

I suspected that I had an UTI.  Was able to book an appointment immediately.  Check in quick and easy.  All staff members were professional, kind and explained everything to me.  I would recommend this facility!

The doctor was late to work. And then he took forever to come into the room and I feel like he was barely in the room with me for more than like 10 seconds. I’m in excruciating pain still and I don’t know if you really considered how fully to the extent of what my pain is at. I don’t feel as though I’m getting better. And I’m considering going to the ER because this pain is unbearable.

Scheduling, checkin, and bloop pressure were all amazing. I was greeted by warm and friendly staff. I would give those two individuals 5 stars. My experience with the NP was different. She walked into the closed door room without knocking. She wasnt warm and welcoming like the first two individuals and I was ready to get out of there.

I made an online appointment and it was so easy! I was seen quickly and my concerns were met. I was very pleased with how the visit went and the efficiency of the staff there.

I made an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes. I was able to pick up medication in an hour. Just perfect!

Scheduling was easy. Staff/care was great!!! Wait time wasn't great, until we went inside then we were brought in back quickly. Seen and treated quickly as well

Dealing with allergic rash, extremely uncomfortable.  Got appoint online. Very little wait time. Nurse and NP very understanding and helpful.  Grateful to be able to get relief quickly on the weekend.

Scheduling was simple and straightforward. Check in at the office took longer than I would have expected especially since I put all my information online. However, staff was friendly, bedside manner was exceptional and I felt cared for.

The checking in process went smoothly. Then the nurse practitioner came in, listened to my symptoms, looked into my mouth for 2-4 seconds and said she “did not see anything” and that there “wasn’t much she could do”. I had to walk her back through my symptoms that have been persistent for 10 days and have been getting worse and ask her what her diagnosis would be. Then she decided to do a swap to send out. Visit ends, i go to my car and everything she said she did not see on my tongue is very present. I took pictures and returned into the office asking to see another doctor or nurse practitioner. She was the only one on site today so she returned to the front with paperwork stating information not related to my concern or main reason for visit. Overall a disappointing visit. She did not do her job beyond looking into my mouth with a light for 2-4 seconds and doing a swap after i persisted. I expressed concern about the swollen bumps at the back of my tongue and she didn’t even examine my tongue beyond shining the light into my mouth - she didn’t even ask me to stick my tongue out so she didn’t see the lumps on the back of my tongue after i expressed that was my main concern multiple times. I came in with discomfort lasting 10 days and her response was “well i don’t really see anything” after barely doing her job, she should be ashamed of herself. People work hard to pay for health insurance, to still pay a high copay for service like that?
