AFC Urgent Care, Williamstown

Will never return to this facility. Very disappointed

Took my daughter there with a toe issue. Staff was nice and we got in with waiting about 10mins after we arrived. The only thing I would say is the waiting room seemed a bit dirty, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while and we got there 15 mins after it opened.

Whats the point of having an appointment? Once you check in you get a notification to check wait time it said the next person is you . No one else checked in. 3 people called back before us (non emergency) an hour waiting to be called. Intake, RUDE. Waiting for Dr another 1/2 hour. NP bored annoyed and uninterested wanted us on our way. Revolving door mentality. My son has asthma did she check his lungs? i think 5 seconds on ONE spot isnt checking. She didnt even ask him to cough while listening! The entire staff had the mentality of is my day over yet ? The front desk literally was out loud counting down the hours to each other (5 hours before they close ,not like we came last minute) it has been 3 hours after we left and still no meds called in to pharmacy. I usually go to another urgent care or even his primary and I get a text that meds are in progress on my drive home. This place ? I'll be lucki if they are even called in. So yes tomorrow we have to go to the sewell location or pm pediatrics because it was a literal waist of time. I'm so tempted to call my insurance and tell tj2m not to pay.

Everything was great from scheduling, check in, wait time and seeing the dr/np

Scheduled online yesterday for this morning. The entire process was easy and the staff was wonderful.

I literally scheduled my appointment 12 minutes before the available opening, while I was in my house not feeling well and I drove about 4 minutes to the urgent Care Center and had an amazing experience.

Been sick for over two weeks they took me right in the staff is genuinely great. Definitely would recommend.

Stuff was very  professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and has me feeling better.

The process was great.. in and out . Staff was attentive to my health needs and took very good care of care of me.

Made an appointment, arrived on time, was was told there was at least an hour wait even though I had an appointment , so I left and was not seen
