I scheduled an appointment online however when I got to the facility I was at the wrong on.  They were so kind and got everything taken care of and got me in to be seen in no time at all.  Appreciated that fact they didn’t turn me away. I would recommend them, friendly and accommodating.

The lady at the reception desk was very rude. Even though I wrote my information on the tablet, she accused me of not doing it and made me do it again. She talked continuously without letting me explain. If my workplace had not sent me, I would not have gone. You can be sure that I will not choose it again.

Went to see Dr. Misra whom has been my primary physical for 13 or more years. Dr. Misra is the best and I visit this company now due to him being there.  However, this visit was a follow up on blood work to check if new medication is working in addition to treatment for UTI.  Why this took two hours when I was the first patient to enter the building is beyond frustrating. Check in online didn’t work was the start of this in addition to the lady who tried to take my blood unsuccessfully and waiting for the doctor to draw my blood.  This was all too much of an inconvenience on my time. All I needed was blood work and urine screened for UTI
