The appointment was good easy and fast they got me in and out. The staff was extremely nice and a signing up process was easy.

I felt very rushed. The PA barely looked at me and I felt like he was trying to run out while I still had questions. Had to Google a bunch of things after I left because I was confused

It was terrible scheduling the appointment your employee at the front desk was on the phone talking about personal business and when she gave me my paperwork I filled it out and gave it back to her on the counter and she insisted I put it in her hand and when I didn't she told me to leave! Terrible terrible terrible front desk service and very unprofessional! Oh and she left my information on the counter and called the next person up which she left my medical information open for others to see I'm sure that's against the HIPAA law! I expect you to view the cameras and write her up and/or she should be reported because of HIPAA! I will not share this on Google as a review not this time but she should be reported and she has a very nasty attitude to be the front line of your business and the first person we deal with when we come in!

Although they do not take appointments, I was able to reserve my spot. The staff was friendly and walked me through the process as this was my first visit. I was in and out within an hour.

OMG most definitely the best staff around from the front to the back!! I really appreciate each and everyone of them they were courteous quick with service and very attentive! If ever needing medical treatment I would most definitely be back here!

The staff was efficient however I am unhappy with the ability to provide bloodwork or imaging. You are charging me for services and then telling me to go to the Emergency room with zero answers. A exam was done and told I have no answers and can not provide you with any bc we have no ability to determine if this is appendicitis.

I had a great experience at this urgent care! They got me in the back really quickly—barely any wait time. The staff was super friendly and genuinely cared about getting me treated. I was worried they might avoid giving me a second round of antibiotics, but they actually listened to my concerns and agreed that it was the right move. It’s nice to see a place that takes the time to make sure you get the care you need, instead of just rushing you out the door. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quick, thoughtful care!
