The facility was very clean, was taken back quickly, by the nurse Emma who was very sweet and caring. Dr. Henderson was very kind and through, I was in and out quickly! Definitely would recommend!

Dr. Henderson was the most caring doctor you will ever need. My husband fell and the skin just peeled Back on his hand and wrist about 6 inches. Dr. Henderson rolled the skin back on hand and arm and put 22 stitches. I would highly recommendable Dr. Henderson. Wanda Files

Medical record reveals falsification of documentation. Physical exam & ROS (review of systems) were noted but were not performed. Some other info noted inaccurately or incomplete
