Everything was easy got checked in fine. Office receptionist sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. The office had closed also so I couldn’t contact them. The pharmacy they sent the prescription to was also closed. I feel like this could’ve been avoided if I was given a pamphlet for my discharge instructions instead of receiving a link

I was given the option to manually check in or scan and check in. I scanned and answered the questions. It didn’t allow me to continue so I figured it would after my appt because it said I was checked it. The after about 20 minutes the receptionist calls me up and says I need to check in. I said I did. She obviously knew I started it but stated I needed to do it manually. Mind you 5 more people had checked in during that 20 minutes. SO THAT PUT ME BEHIND THOSE 5 PEOPLE (about 2 hours) WHEN I DID WHAT I WAS ASKED TO DO TO BEGIN WITH ON CHECKING IN.  You’d think it would matter to someone there but they could care less about me as they just others job. Very sad!

Who would think a visit to urgent care would be fun?  Only there for a pre-op EKG but those gals were so friendly and pleasant!  A slight mishap with the paper for the EKG machine had me giggling.  Still laugh thinking about it now.  Nothing a Utube video couldn’t fix.
