And less than 30 minutes I had a urinalysis, saw the physicians assistant and was prescribed medication. It was awesome. Was called back to re-do blood work due to internal errors on your end. Receptionist was dry and barely provided an explanation. Showed/expressed no remorse for the occurrence. Train receptionist customer service especially when mistakes are made on your end. Be more empathetic.
