Wait list said I was next but that was ignored. Waited over an hour to be seen even with an appointment and all paperwork submitted ahead of time. Was told the wait was my fault for showing up when I did. I'll get sick or hurt at a more convenient time next time around.

I had terrible ear ache and decided to go to the urgent care on my family’s insistence. The scheduling and the wait times were great. The provider however could definitely use a lesson on bedside manners. I am a health professional so I know when a plan of care is mentioned. Irrespective of the fact of whether the patient has any kind of background knowledge it is the provider responsibility to treat them with respect and provide them with a rationale for their decisions. This provider was condescending and was visibly struggling to control her anger when I questioned what medication and why? She seemed terribly offended by the fact that I had the nerve to question what goes in my body. She had no explanation for anything that she was telling me. I can only imagine how she would treat someone who had no background knowledge. I think you could and definitely should do better!! No I would never in a million years recommend this provider.
