The PA was in such a bad mood as soon she walked in the room. She was so incredibly rude and kept telling me I was not sick and did not want to give me any medicine. She was so upset and I’m not sure why. I guess she was having a bad day but no need to take it out on the patient.

The wait time for a sports physical was longer than I have experienced. We did have an appointment.  While waiting there were people who were sick without mask on. This made up very anxious.

I came with an insect bite that got infected. The provider prescribed wrong antibiotics.  It did not work and the infection got worse. I had to go to ER for IV antibiotics. The provider should know that it’s a Staphylococcus infection and should be treated with Clindamycin and not with Augmentin.  Now I am doubtful of the capability of the provider. In the past I did not have that issue.
