Went to the clinic due to having a very serious issue. The doctor avoided to see me for three hours. Checking in was easy, once in the back they had me seating in a room for three hours and when I told them what’s going on the doctor said if he doesn’t wanna wait he can leave and I did due to the attitude from the main person in charge did not care. Terrible customer service!!!

I was able to schedule my appt with ease. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bedside manner and consultation was exceptional! I did however experience an extensive wait time as a result of some technological issues. I had to speak with the check-in staff and nurses multiple times for all of us to learn that there was a glitch in the system, but all is well.
