All the staff from receptionist to Doctor are very professional and friendly. The establishment is open and clean. This facility does not keep you all day - very expeditious experience. Great place!!

Digital check is better but curious if my info is saved for the next time? I hope I don’t need your services in the future but that would save time and aggravation.

The bedside manner of Dr. Nicolette Gonzalez was horrible. When she entered the room, she did not examine me. She told me to touch my own face to discover if there was pressure or not. She then diagnosed me WITHOUT A PROPER EXAM. Not one check inside of my mouth, ears, or nose. When I informed her I have a history of sinus infections, she said antibiotics would not help. This is just a virus. I truly believe I was treated unfair this visit due to being the African American race.

Got a text that I was ready to be seen so I came to the clinic but then waited an hour to be seen. They refused to do most accurate testing (vaginal swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia testing in women… they said urine was the only option which is not standard of care for women and has many false negatives). No clinic has ever refused to do GC/CM swab for testing. Just so odd to me. They seemed agitated that I even asked. I’m an ER PA with 10 years experience who tests others for STIs all the time, so why would they not practice evidence-based medicine at AFC?

I’ve had laryngitis for the past week and my job needed a physician note since I’ve had to call out 3 days in a row.  Fortunately the location is within minutes of my home and not crowded so I figured it would be a quick visit (thinking no more than 1.5 hours bc it’s still urgent care) to just get the paperwork I needed. BUT I was told after waiting an hour to be called back and an additional hour sitting in a treatment room the server was down for the EMR.  Not the staff’s fault but just frustrating since I’d already correctly self diagnosed and my visit was no more than 10 minutes.   Everything else was fine.
