Cut my hand in the kitchen and was able to get in right away to have it looked at...good thing as I needed 4 stitches and a Tetnus shot. The follow-up appointment two days later to have it checked on was equally efficient and pleasant. Both visits sure beat waiting in a crowded ER waiting room at a hospital! Because these two visits went so well I am not dreading going back to get my stitches removed...they make it fairly painless and quick to get taken care of. Thank you!

The Doctor gave great care and sent me to get a chest X-ray which went well. The problem came when I tried to get my results. The radiologist sent the results back to the Point Loma location in the afternoon. I kept calling to get my results as I was in pain and the receptionist kept telling me they wouldn’t be in until the next day. My wife called in and pressed them on this and found that my results were there already. This caused a delay in my medication and additional pain from my symptoms that didn’t need to happen. People go to urgent care when they need care urgently, the staff should prioritize getting patients the medication they need as fast as possible.

The staff is great, no complaints about them. Who owns the thermostat for that place. I know it’s not the staff. It was outrageously cold. Even the staff was complaining. Morgue temps. Waiting room wasn’t bad the shocking drop in temp happens when you’re placed in a room.

This place is a joke. I called to see how long the wait was and was told an hour. I asked if she could check me in since I live around the corner. She said it was a first come first serve. I waited 45 mins before the girl who checked In 35 mins after was called back before me. So much for fcfs. When I inquired about their policy, the girl at the desk said she didn’t know why she was called back first. She came back after speaking with someone and told me that it was because the girl had scheduled it online. As far as I knew, there’s a notice when scheduling online that says it’s just an appointment for paperwork and not an actual visit. The receptionist went on to say that it’s a new policy. Good to know the staff are not trained in new policies. When I finally saw the NP she told me she didn’t know to treat me and would need to consult with someone. She disappeared for 20 mins. Came back and suggested a blood test which is what I told her she would need to do. This place needs to do better. The phlebotomist, Seth, was the only competent person there. Received lab results and was told to call the office to discuss with the provider. Hao went over results with me and said he would send a prescription for me. 3 hours later, I drag myself to the pharmacy only to be told that they never received it.  This place can’t seem to do anything right. Would not recommend this place.

Awaiting the doctor I was given water to drink. When he arrived, I was delighted to detect his high energy and desire to help patients on their road to wellness. I felt validated and understood. Superior service.

Took an elderly relative in and though the wait was rather long for them every person we interacted with was knowledgeable, gracious, and efficient. We got what we needed and the staff was amazing!

As I was arrived at the clinic, I clicked the link that was given via text to check in.  I selected “arrived” at the parking lot, then it showed “wait for instruction” after app verified my location.  I haven’t heard from app nor via text for 10 minutes so I decided to come in without instruction since it passed my appointment time…there was nobody in the waiting room.  I wish message was more clear and staff was more friendly at the reception.  My provider was very nice and I’m happy with her.
