The nurse ran a test for three different illnesses and when they came back negative proceeded to provide a lecture on how they can only help with medical things. Not sure if they teach bedside manner but this person failed spectacularly.  On the upside the wait time was low as no one was there. Not sure if that is related to the quality of care but it does raise questions.

Process was quick and easy for stitches but, never told me the aftercare for them or it was unclear to what I could and couldn’t do, shower, healing ointment, ice etc..  after stitches removal told me to use vitamin e gel but online studies show that doesn’t help scar tissue at all. Just unclear procedures told to me after my appointment leading to me having to use internet.
