Wait time is always a bit long. But i domt think many doctors at this location. So its fine. The nurses & doctor were very attentive & friendly. The reception area person not as helpful or friendly with guiding me thru the online quedtionaire/ checkin. But i figured it out eventually. We are repeat customers to this location. Went in for sciatic pain hoping to get stronger meds. Was given a Ketorolac shot which sadly only worked for two hours. Scheduling was simple. Staff were friendly and helpful. As with all urgent care facilities the wait time needs improvement especially if one is in severe pain.

This place is one of the best Urgent Care centers around. I had never had to wait very long with an appt except this last time because they were really busy. So I waited about 45 minutes. Still shorter than waiting in the ER. Everyone is very knowledgeable and attentive. I feel in good hands. Highly recommend.

I called to find out if this branch could fit me in before closing time, and I was so glad that they said yes! I completed the paper easily on my phone, and my wait time after it was submitted was only about 10 minutes. The receptionist and aide were professional & efficient. The physician was pleasant and professional. He understood my symptoms, ran a test and provided a diagnosis & prescription. He made sure that I understood the importance of taking all of the medication & follow up info. Excellent care.
