Could not hear out of left ear. All the staff are friendly and compassionate. Did not have to wait very long.  The physician and medical assistants are great and did a good job clearing my ear. I would come back for non-urgent care.

Came in n for very sore throat, fever, ear pain. Was tested for flu, covid and strep. Strep came back positive but nobody bothered to examine my ears which had bloody discharge coming from them. Obviously have bi-lateral ear infections. Lucky that the antibiotics prescribed for strep should also clear my ears. Dr did not do a proper exam. Actually all she did was look at my throat. Total Dr interaction was maybe 5 minutes.
