I woke up with a sore throat and wanted to make sure I wasn’t contagious. The doctor I saw didn’t introduce herself and made me feel very uncomfortable during the visit. She spoke very quickly, which made it hard to understand her. I believe she was a Spanish speaker, and I speak Spanish as well, but communication was still difficult. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I used to really like this place, but it now feels like the new staff is more focused on billing insurance than actually caring about patients.

Check in was quick and simple. Staff very friendly and competent. Care was absolutely optimal. We got back home happy. Thank you for all you do!

I made an appointment, then still waited two hours and eventually decided to just leave. The only reason I was not more upset with my experience is that the staff was friendly and inviting the whole time. More realistic and frequent updates for patients concerning wait times would be a respectful and thoughtful addition to your practice. Or just get rid of the option to make appointments altogether if you are not going to follow them as it creates unrealistic expectations from patients. Overall, I waited more than two hours, while having an appointment, and never ended up seeing anyone. I basically paid a copay to get my blood pressure checked. Very dissatisfied, but your staff was great and friendly.

My only issue was the wait time once I was in the room. I waited for about 30min in the room for a quick easy physical (took the provider 5min to do) while there was no one else on the waitlist in front of me. I believe the provider can be more efficient with her time.

Check in through the app was pointless as I had arrived 10 minutes early and was still only seen after all the walk in appointments 45 minutes later only after bringing it to the front offices attention 3 times. The staff was horrible at communicating as they all had different answers as to if I would need a follow up and was only seen 30 minutes after being put into a room. The staff seemed confused, didn’t seem urgent in any sense, and were obliviously negligent and unprofessional. I would never recommend this provider nor want to return myself. I was told last time to use the app to quicken the process and things took even longer.

I give them five out of five stars in everything, because from the moment you enter you feel that you are welcome and that they care how you feel They have everything very clean To finish. From the moment you enter until you leave everything is at 100%

I’ve been holding off going to urgent care since my first visit to one did not solved anything. This urgent care is different. They have nice and accommodating staff that understands they cater to sick people. Their place is impressively clean even the bathroom. The NP who saw me had a good bedside manner. I will not hesitate to come here anytime I need it.
