I was very pleased with PA Daniela Rosen and feel comfortable with her care & diagnosis. I trust the next few days will have a favorable outcome to my awful cold. Thank you.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

I was hesitant because of the negative reviews. Happy I went. Friendly arrival, friendly DR, clean and fairly modern. Ended up not needing car but will go back if I ever need to.

Saw Ms. Danielle Rosa. She tested me for COVID and saw a faint line on the AbbVie test. I tried to ask questions about when and how I should get vaccinated as I just had COVID in September and clearly haven’t mounted an adequate immune response and she seemed to agree but didn’t counsel on when I should get vaccinated. When I asked about paxlovid, as I had been prescribed it by a doctor during my last infection, she asked me who had prescribed the medication and stated I wasn’t a candidate as I am under 50 years old. She asked no other questions about preexisting conditions or recent health issues that may have made me a candidate for paxlovid. About 6 months ago a physician in the same practice prescribed me a course of inhaled steroids and a rescue inhaler for intermittent breathing issues. That was the reason the last physician chose to prescribe paxlovid. When I pressed a bit more about her hard line on only 50+, she abruptly asked me “so, you are saying I should ignore CDC recommendations”. Why no, not at all, but I don’t think you fully understand the CDC’s recommendations and also appreciate that they are just that - recommendations, not mandates. She then abruptly got up and said we were done. Absolutely horrible bedside manner. I understand that practitioners are overworked and stressed and there may be other things going on in one’s life. I’ve got plenty on my plate. But it’s not acceptable to abruptly end an interaction with a patient after less than 3 minutes of discussion and no other questions about my health. It’s also questionable for the provider to be making decisions solely based on age and not seek to address the patients concerns. The answer she provided at the end was “you’ll be fine.” Yes, thanks.

The staff didn’t look up from the desk when I arrived. Pointed me to a tablet to check in. Was annoyed when I asked for help as it wasn’t intuitive how to capture an image of my ID. The tech had poor basic English grammar skills which that alone would have sent me running out the door. But the doctor was incredibly kind and I got the last minute physical that was required. When I left the now two front desk people just glared at me. The second one was clearly on his phone No thank you or goodbye.

I arrived at 5:25 for a 5:30 appointment. I left at 6:50 and I was never seen. Very disappointing.

This place is a embarrassment to the medical society. I wish I would've read the other reviews before coming to this place, as the 2.4/5 rating is spot on, if not too high for this establishment. To start, I made an online appointment to get a diagnosis on a current condition, however, I found out 5 minutes before the appointment that it was switched to in person. I busted my butt getting there ontime, only to wait in a patients room for 45 min. Not only did 1. Nobody even come in to ask why i was there, but 2. they started treating walk-ins that showed up 35min after me, before treating/acknowledging me. After 45 min i started roaming their halls callling out for a doctor. I was told no doctors are currently availbale, however, a SMOOTHIE delivery was made, and all of a sudden 6 doctors come out of the woodworks of the building to get their smoothie. This is a place where they value smoothies over human's health. Once I FINALLY got someone to see me, they asked a few questions, and sent in the blood tech. The blood tech took my blood then told me to leave. I informed him that i not only do not have a diagnosis, i am still in current pain and would like a topical cream for instant relief. He had no idea what was going on. The doctor came in and essentially said "i am not 100% sure what it is, but we are going to diagnose you with X condition". I argued with her that the transmission of the X condition was impossible for me to have gotten, as it is only transmitted one way. She ignored my pleas and sent me off. This ended up being the wrong diagnosis, as i argued with her, but not only this, they forgot to prescribe my topical cream for the misdiagnosed condition. Once they FINALLY got my bloodwork back and got accurate results, i in fact had Z condition, not X. So not that i have a known diagnosis, it took me almost 10 DAYS (yes 10 days once they knew my condition!!!!!) to prescribe my medication. Once again THEY FORGOT!!!! I was told "sorry our bad". I tried reaching out to the office to speak to a director and talk to them about the situation i experienced at their practice. When doing so, the members of All Care threw me in a loop with different contacts (NONE of which have returned my phone calls and voicemails for 8 days now). After getting through to nobody, i was essentially told that they arent really sure who their managing director is and that they dont really know who to report to. This is mind-boggling absurdity. THey have nobody above them to report to, or hold them accountable, or they dont know, or they just lie about it so that patients who experience terrible appointments (like me and the many many many reviews of this place) cannot correctly address someone in the company about the issue. As a medical establishment, patients are supposed to trust these people with their health and well being. These are two things that this establishment does not care about. It is extremely embarrassing and unsettling that people in this establishment act with less care/regard to human health than most anyone ive met. I was told management doesnt care unless people leave a poor review, so here it is. Management, I know you guys DO NOT CARE about any of this, as these practices have been clearly going on for some time. However, I hope that this review can forewarn people in the area and help guide them to go to a different establishment. I would highly highly advise going ANYWHERE else other than here. Unless you wanted to be treated extremely poorly and have your conditions misdiagnosed, as well as prescriptions delayed 1-3 weeks, anywhere is better than here.

My wife had been feeling ill all day. We had hoped that her symptoms would pass. Unfortunately , they did not. I telephoned the Drs. office, three times to speak with someone at the Bethesda location. the first time I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes, after which time they disconnected the call. I called back to determine the medication my wife had been prescribed for a similar occasion in Dec.Finally I was advised of the medication and was told that they would be open for walk in until 7:00PM. We arrived at 6:30 pm. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told that the Dr.Captain could not see my wife today inspite of the pain and discomfort which my wife was experiencing. We were told that she had a 6:45 appointment and could not wait to see my wife. I was surprised by the lack of empathy and professionalism of the so called Dr. After I asked to speak to her she advised that there was nothing that she could do. She just didn't have time.
