Super easy to schedule the appointment ahead of time, check in staff was so kind and the NP was very attentive and knowledgeable. I felt like I could trust him and that I was in good hands.

Went in with a sore/swollen throat. Doctor only ran one test, which came back negative but neglected to find the cause of infection. Another case of being neglected by medical professionals regardless if this is an urgent care. People come to feel better or be educated on what’s wrong. After being disregarded and told to “gargle salt water and let the infection/virus pass”, I went somewhere else and discovered the real reason I was sick. Will never be back nor recommend this level of care to anyone.

I visited this urgent care office due to an allergic reaction to my dog, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The woman who took my vitals was dismissive, even asking, “What do you want us to do for you?” which felt unprofessional and unkind. The doctor (or medical professional) I saw was equally unhelpful. Our interaction lasted maybe 3 minutes, and when I asked about seeing an allergist, I was told—condescendingly—that it wasn’t necessary. Despite explaining that I had already tried everything we could think of, I was prescribed a variety of allergy medications. The provider even explained that the meds wouldn’t last long and that my symptoms would likely return afterward. Neither medical professional took the time to look at the photos I had of the peak of my flare-ups, which I felt could have provided helpful context. I also felt rushed, as I came in at 7:15 pm and they closed at 8. My entire visit was probably no more than 15 minutes. The bedside manner was lacking, and I left feeling dismissed and without real answers.

Y’all need help. I showed up dizzy and scared and I got told to turn my head to the left and right and “we all get dizzy sometimes” and sent on my way. Literally in and out in 15 minutes with nothing more than a blood pressure taken script for a motion sickness drug. No further exam.  Meanwhile, my primary today did an ekg, labs and  referral to a cardiologist, as well as treating me for a likely sinus infection.  Worst experience I’ve ever had in medicine.

Quick scheduling, I was able to be seen shortly after I found their office online. Check in was very simple, the receptionist was friendly. All 3 staff that I met, including the practitioner, were friendly and attentive to my health concerns. In and out with very minimal waiting.
