The women that took my vitals was rude because I didn’t want to get my weight done and copped a attitude with me and I have been coming here for years and have never had anyone act like that with me the lady at the front desk was very nice and the male nurse that seen me was ok

Impressed and happy with the ease of scheduling a convenient appointment, uploading my IDs and signing forms online.  Check in was quick and easy. The check in receptionist and nurse assistant were friendly, efficient and professional. The PA spent less time with me than anyone else. She was reluctant to look at the base of my tonsils where the blisters are. Would have required the use of a tongue depressor, which she didn’t use. Just said twice that she “didn’t see anything”. I could still see them when I got home. Told me she was prescribing steroids for three days. I had to ask her “what is it”?  Shrug, “probably a virus”.

Most everything about the experience was fine, but I was prescribed two different medications that didn’t safely mix with my meds. which is extremely irresponsible and really upset me. I also was supposed to be prescribed antibiotics, cough medicine, and an inhaler, but was instead given two cough medicines and no inhaler. I’m glad I always check about if meds can mix before I take them because otherwise who knows what could’ve happened, there we’re “major drug interactions” with some very serious potential side effects, such as serotonin syndrome. The lack of research before giving people drugs on a whim felt neglectful and irresponsible.

Had respiratory issues and needed immediate assistance. I scheduled an appointment and came here to a welcoming staff clean facility. The physician was thorough and informative. I left the clinic with a treatment plan and started feeling improvement in my health the next day. I have been to a few clinics in the past but this one stands apart from the rest and will be my go to for urgent care from now on.

The tech was amazing! But the doctor was very quick to give me meds and try to leave the room without explaining to me what was wrong or what she think I might have... Was super short with me and not helpful and didn't care to slow down.

The provider I worked with told me they would send out my urine sample for culture to determine what infection I had before treating with antibiotics.  Said it would take 3-5 days and that they would call me with results. It’s now been almost 2 weeks so I called for an update and the provider had never sent it out.

Easy check in and scheduling very convenient and good care!
