I am on vacation from out of state and needed sutures removed. I found AlphaMeD on the internet. I was able to easily preregister all my info and schedule an appointment the day I went in. All the staff from front desk, nursing tech to PA were professional, efficient and friendly with their rapport. Payment was explained clearly before my procedure and it was less than ten minutes before I was attended to. 2nd visit here, because the first was so great and this was no different. They are incredibly efficient without rushing the patient experience. The staff is friendly and it’s great when imaging equipment is on site, so you aren’t required to stop at a 2nd place. Also, there was no wait time.
