I came here cause I had a fever,headache, and chest congestion After waiting 4 1/2 hrs to be seen they left me in a room and forgot I was there. I walked out the room to ask what was taking so long and they said “oh your done you could leave well send your med to the pharmacy.” I get to the pharmacy and the physician forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I had to call them back only to know that the physician had left already

I visited an urgent care center and had an appointment, but they were running really behind schedule, so I had to wait a long time. What bothered me the most was that they weren’t enforcing mask usage. There was a lady   Very sick coughing heavily without a mask, and when I brought it up to the staff, they told me masks were optional. However, when someone is showing symptoms like that, they should definitely enforce mask-wearing to prevent spreading illness to others.
