The site promises falsely. I was supposed to do a test right there and get results. Not so. The sample is sent outside, for 2-3 days results. The place doesn't have a proper blood pressure testing machine. It's unprofessional. The medical adviser failed to say that I would receive an antibiotic that same day, and it got me upset. She was unclear and not attuned to mu concern.  A diagnose she made was irrelevant.

I had to obtain pre-operative clearance. Unfortunately, due to significant wait times and inefficiencies, my much-needed procedure was canceled because the doctor did not sign or submit the necessary documents in a timely manner. Furthermore, during the blood draw, the medical professional appeared unsure of which vial to use and did not sterilize the area with alcohol before drawing blood, which resulted in my arm being bruised for several days. I had previously emphasized the importance of submitting the required information by the specified deadline, and how crucial this was. Subsequently, I received a call on Sunday informing me that I would need to return for another blood draw due to an issue with the previous one.
