As a repeat customer it was frustrating to have to fill out detailed data that they already had on file. Also very frustrating to make contact with the office after I left to have them send the script to a different pharmacy. I actually returned and could not get anyone to help. By the time they answered, the pharmacy was closed and I couldn’t get a much needed script. Doubtful I will  use again or refer others.

I liked the ability to make an appointment. However, the wait time was excessive. Our appointment time was at 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. There were three people in the waiting room when we arrived. We were called back to the exam room Within 20 minutes. It took another hour and 15 minutes or so to see the doctor. The doctor apologized for the delay and added that she was the only doctor there that day. After a brief examination she ordered two shots, one for pain and the other a steroid shot. That process took another 25 minutes or so before we could leave. Over 2 hours to sit in a doctor's office waiting to get some relief from a problem is way too long and needs to be addressed by management.

I was a walk in patient without a scheduled appointment.  The check in process was not really that great as everything had to be done on my iPhone. I could not get the picture process for the medical insurance cards to take so I had to enter everything manually.  For the DL, it would allow use of pictures from my iPhone.  Lady at front desk was not friendly but all other staff and Dr. were very nice.  Received great treatment for my injury.

I was there for 2 hours. The nurse did my tests said it would be 25-30 min and I sat for another hour waiting for someone to come in and didn’t even give me any sort of medicine to actually make me better just cough medicine and ibuprofen. I really think the only reason they even came in the room when they did is because they heard me on the phone asking if i should pop my head out that it had been an hour of nothing and felt forgotten about.

Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. But the clinic’s ability to see me at the time of my appointment was abysmal. I waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time, despite checking in ahead and completing my paperwork prior to coming. What I found out from the Dr was they were the only provider on site and the majority of the nursing and staffing teams were new. This falls on the clinic director or staffing manager- you should align more providers to have coinciding shifts and by all means, do not short staff the nurses or admin staff and only schedule new hires to be on duty at the same time. Combine the schedule to include both experienced and newer staff so they can properly work through patients

We waited an extremely long time, but the doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and apologized profusely for the wait.  Other than the wait, very satisfied with this location and the doctor.

I saw my doctor this morning and he was setting me up with an orthopedic surgeon.  My son said I need to get a second opinion.  So he took me to AFC Urgent Care.  The very knowledgeable doctor said it was the muscle that was the problem.  She gave me a shot and a prescription.  I haven’t pick up prescription yet but the shot has taken the pain away.  She was spot on!
