I always get good care in a timely fashion when I come to AFC. That's why I keep coming back. This one time, it took a little longer to be seen. I was the first person to walk in on a Saturday morning, so maybe they just quite up and running yet. No worries though. I will be back.

Went in for increased asthma.  Was there for over 3 hours with physician’s assistant.  Left without an exact plan or understanding on what I needed to do to feel better or to control my current increased asthma due to a virus.   Confusing appointment to say the least.  I think she meant well but I’ve never encountered anything like what happened at any urgent care ever.   Left with major anxiety :(

Check in was easy over phone. Receptionists was indifferent. Didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. It was a Sunday so I give her pass. Sat in waiting room 20 minutes. Better than I expect for being a walk in. Taken to back and put into exam room. Missing some ceiling tiles, so it was a fine touch to see the yellow insulation. Waited in there for 2 hours. 2 HOURS. Never saw anyone. No treatment. NOTHING. I just got up and left. Didn’t see a single person as I walked out. Complete waste of my time to seek medical treatment at this facility. Worst service I have ever had at a doctor’s office. Had to got to Med Help down the street for treatment. AFC does not care about anyone nor their health. Would never recommend.

Scheduling and check in were super easy.  Where I was in the wait queue was clearly displayed on the monitor in the wait room which was nice. Check in staff was friendly. Doctor and nurse once I was back in the room were both friendly and professional - loved the doctor! The triage nurse was borderline rude and didn’t seem to enjoy her job nor want to be there at all. Other than her it was a great experience otherwise!
