Scheduling was super easy. Wait time was a little disappointing. But I am concerned about the extremely out of date information I was given once I was told I had Covid. The nurse told me quarantine for 7-10 days and to return back to work after testing negative for Covid. I knew this had to be old information, so after questioning her on this information she went back to look up the CDC recommendation and I googled it as well. The CDC removed the “testing negative to return to normal activities “ back in January 2022 and the recommended return time now is 24 hours with no fever and improved symptom with no medicine. That protocol changed nearly 2 years ago. When she came back in she acknowledged that info was wrong and told me of the 24 hour rule, and that the info data base they use was wrong, but it is concerning a nurse didn’t know that information already with it being sick season and her being a medical professional. The quarantine information she was initially giving me being severely out of date is concerning.

The NP's bedside manner was so lackluster. I came in complaining about a swollen lymph node and local pain. Not once did she touch the spot (neck) to gauge the size of the swelling or my pain tolerance. Only after checking my ears did she finally check my throat. Never checking under my tongue after I told her that earlier in the day I had some rough food particles slip under my tongue while eating. And when I did lift my tongue during the say ahh portion of the exam, she scolded me. I was simply trying to point her in the direction of the source of the whole ordeal. If you don't want to do the work and give your all, then please call out for the day.

Doctor attitude was unacceptable. Checked in at 530pm and closing time is at 7pm . I received the most terrible atrocious attitude I've ever experienced in healthcare. I was rushed without any real care or concern for my health issue. 0/10 experience and I'll make sure everyone in the surroundings area knows until there is a change within .

Wait time was longer than normal but certainly understandable with all of the environmental issues taking place . Office staff was very helpful. Staff was limited and likely overworked . Nurse Practitioner was outstanding in her assessment and response . I would absolutely recommend this provider, but certainly think there is a dire need for increased staffing .

Arrived at opening. In and out in a hour 1/2. Symptoms were sore throat, both ears hurting, congestion and headache.  NP told me I didn’t have Covid, flu or strep. BUT never looked in my mouth or swab me for strep throat.  How does she know I don’t have it if she didn’t even look in my mouth. It is a shame that they will charge my insurance for that so called visit. Will never be back.

The doctor only came in to discharge me. Triage was rushed. And I set in a room for 10 minutes and left with a flu diagnosis. Nothing to address my inability to keep food and water down
