Came in with a severely sprained thumb. They did x-rays. Physician came in and told me I had a sprained thumb and said I should ice it wrap it and take ibuprofen. Did not offer to wrap my thumb or help immobilize it at all. When I asked about it, she said I could do it at home. Complete waste of time.

The nurse practitioner was absolutely wonderful! She was kind and compassionate. And she helped my feet to be pain free. I was able to schedule. Effortlessly with no waiting. The medicine was pure quality. I’m pain free!!! Thank you so much!

The wait time to be seen by the nurse was about 15 minutes and about an additional 15 minutes to see the doctor. Both the staff and doctor were very friendly. The doctor was very helpful in diagnosing, explaining the disease, and prescribing medicine that was needed. I will use this office again for an emergency visit.

This was my second visit for poison ivy... we were in and out in maybe a half hour. Got a z pack and cream at Walmart. Very good visit.

Have been struggling with my sinuses for a while and went in so I could get prescribed some medication. Check-in was easy and quick. I liked that I could see the wait list and time of the appointment before me. The staff was all very helpful and kind and they kept us updated. I was frustrated because we had 2 people before us and waited over an hour and 45 minutes for a 2 minute meeting with the doctor. I could see more people added onto the wait list and then taken off of it even though we came in before them. We could hear them taking in more patients through the wall, as well as the doctor and other staff talking about which rooms to go into. The Dr. Was very busy which is completely understandable and I do not blame her or the other staff for the wait. However I was very frustrated that people kept coming in and out while we waited so long. If it was a 2 minute meeting, why did it take almost 2 hours to get to it?

Everyone was nice and professional and worked hard to solve my problem. I left very satisfied.
